Airdrop Implementation Plan

We'll test the waters on the testnet, and once we're sure everything's smooth, we'll roll it out on the mainnet. Each airdrop phase lasts 7 days, with the first 6 days being the Invite Period, and the 7th day being the Gas Day.

During the Invite Period, invite as many people as you can. As long as the invitee maintains a balance of at least 0.05 ETH until Gas Day, both you and the invitee will receive a ZILL airdrop. We have 600 million ZILL tokens up for grabs, so it's first come, first served!

Gas Day is when you spend your gas. Spend gas on Zillion Network within 24 hours and receive a corresponding ZILL airdrop. The total gas fee limit is 6000ETH, and we have a whopping 7.5 billion ZILL tokens to give away.

ZILL Tokenomics

Total supply: 10 billion

  • 7.5 billion for gas fee airdrop

  • 2.5 billion for community airdrop:

    • 800 million for Optimism community users

    • 800 million reserved for developer airdrop plan

    • 600 million for invite rewards

    • 300 million for protocol contributors and testnet early participants

1. Gas Fee Airdrop: 7.5 billion

Total ZILL tokens: 7.5 billion. Total gas fee: 6000 ETH.

In Gas Day, tokens are distributed based on gas fee contributions of all users in this phase, and excess over 6000 ETH gas fees will proportionally return to each user after the all phases conclude.

Example:

During the Gas Day, the total gas fees reached 8000 ETH, Alice spent 8 ETH, she would receive 0.1% of the tokens. Additionally, Alice would also receive a refund of 2 ETH for her gas fees.

Extra Information:

  • The official Zillion team won't participate in the Gas Fee Airdrop.

  • The L2 Gas Fee funds collection address will be publicly disclosed.

2. Community Airdrop: 2.5 billion

The Community Airdrop by Zillion is a testament to our dedication to promoting inclusivity and acknowledging community involvement inour ecosystem. It is structured to equitably distribute ZILL tokens, guaranteeing that all contributors and devoted users are appropriately rewarded.

  1. Users on Optimism Stack: Zillion is an L2 Network Protocol based on Optimism Stack technology. Therefore, we decided to give a large percentage of the airdrops back to the Optimism community. 800 million ZILL tokens are allocated to reward users who have contributed gas fees on Optimism Stack chains. We will calculate the total amount of gas spent by users on these four platforms including Optimism, Base, Blast, and Mantle between 1/5/2024 and 15/5/2024. Top 500K Users will receive ZILL tokens proportionate to their Gas Fee contributions during this period.

  2. Developer Airdrop Plan: We understand the importance of developers in the growth and sustainability of our network. Therefore, we have allocated 800 million ZILL tokens for developers who have contributed to the Zillion Network. The developer airdrop plan will be initiated after the mainnet lanches.

  3. Invite Rewards: To further encourage the growth of our community, we have set aside 600 million ZILL tokens for our Invite Rewards program. As long as the invitee maintains a balance of at least 0.05 ETH until Gas Day, both you and the invitee will receive 500 ZILL tokens. There is no maximum limit, until 600 million ZILL tokens are distributed.

  4. Contributors: 300 million ZILL tokens are allocated to code contributors of the Zillion protocol and early participants of the Zillion Testnet. Each early testnet participant will receive a fixed 50k ZILL. Early testnet participants are defined as users who interacted with the testnet from its launch until May 21, 2024.

Important Notes:

  1. The airdropped ZILL tokens will be released simultaneously after the completion of Gas Fee Airdrop.

  2. Users need to swiftly claim their ZILL tokens upon the airdrop initiation. Tokens left unclaimed after 10 days will be left in the Smart Contract forever. No one can obtain these tokens, not even the Zillion team.
